JUST IN: Auburn lands in another Bolsters Receiver

Auburn football has made a significant move to enhance its receiving corps, securing former Wake Forest standout wide receiver Horatio Fields from the transfer portal. Fields announced his commitment to the Tigers via a post on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Fields, a 6-foot-3, 205-pound playmaker, brings size, skill, and experience to Auburn’s offense. During his four seasons with the Demon Deacons, Fields emerged as a key contributor, culminating in a standout 2024 season. He recorded 39 receptions for 463 yards and led the team with four touchdown catches, making him Wake Forest’s second-leading receiver and a reliable red-zone threat.

With Fields joining the ranks, Auburn now boasts a deep and diverse receiving group. He will line up alongside other towering targets such as freshmen stars Cam Coleman and Perry Thompson. His addition also provides veteran leadership to a young receiver room, which saw key departures in Robert Lewis and KeAndre Lambert-Smith.
