Former Miami Dolphins quarterback Jay Cutler was arrested Thursday night in Tennessee on charges of driving under the influence and possession of a firearm. The 41-year-old is facing four charges, including DUI, possession of a firearm while intoxicated, failure to exercise due care, and implied consent.
According to jail records, Cutler was in custody for about three hours, from just before 7:00 p.m. to around 10:00 p.m.

Cutler, a former first-round pick by the Denver Broncos in 2006, played for the Dolphins during the 2017 season, appearing in 14 games and recording 19 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. He is best known for his time with the Chicago Bears, where he became the franchise’s all-time leader in passing yards and touchdowns.
