JUST IN: Huge boost for vikings as 3 top experienced star avaliable for next game after long-term injury.

Vikings Injury Updates: Jordan Addison, Dallas Turner, Ivan Pace Jr., T.J. Hockenson

The Vikings are hopeful that three key players—Jordan Addison, Dallas Turner, and Ivan Pace Jr.—who missed last week’s game will be ready for Sunday’s NFC North matchup against the Packers at Lambeau Field.

“They’re all day-to-day, but we’re optimistic,” head coach Kevin O’Connell said on Monday. Speaking again on Wednesday, O’Connell mentioned that he expects the trio to participate in the team’s walkthrough instead of a full practice but deferred specifics to the injury report due later that day.

“We’re pulling back on the tempo today,” O’Connell explained. “Each player will follow their own recovery plan throughout the week. I believe they’ll join the walkthrough, but we’ll keep you updated with the injury report.”

Addison (ankle) has missed the last two games, but there’s a strong chance he could return against Green Bay. O’Connell told KFAN’s Paul Allen on Tuesday that Turner (knee) is also expected back this week, while Pace (hip/ankle) may play after missing only one game.

These are the 10 most important Minnesota Vikings this season

Regarding tight end T.J. Hockenson, who has been on short-term IR following ACL surgery in January, O’Connell said Hockenson is eligible to return to practice next week and could make his season debut in Week 5 against the Jets in London. However, the Vikings’ Week 6 bye may influence that decision.

“He’s doing great,” O’Connell said. “He’s been fully engaged, leading the tight end group, and is eager to get back on the field.”
