While there is a chance Brown could return for the postseason, sources told Schefter that the earliest he could be back is mid-January. Brown later shared on X (formerly Twitter) that the latest X-ray showed the bone had shifted, necessitating surgery, but he remains determined to return to the field as soon as possible. The Kansas City Chiefs will face the Cincinnati Bengals at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, Sept. 15, with kickoff scheduled for 3:25 p.m.
