Duke Football Lands Major Commitment
This is a significant moment as the Blue Devils’ football season kicks off on Friday with a home game against Elon. The Manny Diaz era received a major boost with 4-star defensive end Bryce Davis flipping his commitment from Clemson to Duke.
This is a huge win: Davis is the highest-rated recruit Duke has ever secured, and there’s definitely some satisfaction in taking him from Clemson, a team that has dominated the ACC. Given Duke’s stunning upset over the Tigers last season, adding Davis makes it even more impactful.
