Breaking News: Rams Head Coach Confirm Another Veteran Star Back In Practice Against The Seattle Seahawk

A recent report highlights the severity of Puka Nacua’s injuries during practice. The standout receiver for the Los Angeles Rams had to leave Thursday’s session due to a knee issue, which is particularly concerning as he’s already missed most of the season with a right knee problem. According to Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic, the injury sustained on Thursday affects the same knee.

Fortunately, Adam Schefter of ESPN later provided some positive news, stating that Nacua’s knee injury is not expected to be serious. While his participation in the upcoming game against the Seattle Seahawks is uncertain, it seems he hasn’t suffered a major setback. Last season, Nacua made a significant impact as a rookie, playing all 17 games and racking up 1,486 receiving yards and six touchdowns, earning him a Pro Bowl selection and Second Team All-Pro honors.

However, his 2024 season has been troubled since he injured his right knee in Week 1 against the Detroit Lions while making a catch, leading to his placement on injured reserve and missing five games. He returned in a Week 8 victory against Minnesota, but now he might be sidelined again for Week 9 against Seattle. Although the injury doesn’t appear to be serious, it remains a challenging situation, especially with the Rams’ other star receiver also struggling with injuries this season.
