Huskers Take Fourth-Quarter Lead Over Top 25 Opponent for First Time in 15 Years

The Nebraska Cornhuskers claimed a fourth-quarter lead against the No. 4 Ohio State Buckeyes on Saturday, marking the first time in 15 years that Nebraska has led an AP Top 25 team in the final quarter. The last time the Huskers held a fourth-quarter lead over a ranked team was against Texas in 2009, a game they ultimately lost 13-12 after briefly going up 12-10. Trailing 14-9, Nebraska drove 74 yards in nine plays, capped by a one-yard touchdown run from Dante Dowdell and a successful two-point conversion to make it 17-14.
