JUST IN: Amari Cooper Reveals His Thoughts On Joining Bills

Amari Cooper shared his excitement about joining the Buffalo Bills, who finally landed their WR1 after trading with the Cleveland Browns. The Bills sent a 2025 third-round pick and a 2026 seventh-round pick to acquire Cooper, along with a 2025 sixth-round pick. Cooper, formerly of the Las Vegas Raiders, sees this move as a fresh start.

“It’s that feeling of having a fresh beginning, a new start, a blank canvas to control your destiny,” Cooper told ESPN.

This season, Cooper’s performance has been underwhelming, with only 24 catches for 250 yards and two touchdowns, hampered by dropped passes. However, the change of scenery might reignite his play, especially with a stronger connection to Josh Allen.

With the Browns sitting at 1-5, Cooper now joins a 4-2 Bills team. Though he may not be the dominant receiver he once was, his route-running ability and separation skills are expected to greatly benefit Buffalo’s offense, which has been missing a reliable playmaker since parting ways with Stefon Diggs.

For the Browns, it seems they are turning their attention to rebuilding for the future, likely focusing on the upcoming NFL Draft.
