New York Giants’ Malik Nabers to Miss Wednesday’s Practice
Rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers will sit out of the Giants’ practice on Wednesday, as announced by head coach Brian Daboll. Nabers, who is still in the early stages of the concussion protocol after being injured during last Thursday’s game against the Cowboys, will not participate. The sixth overall pick in this year’s draft, Nabers has been a standout with 35 catches for 386 yards and three touchdowns, leading the league in receptions. Daboll noted that running back Devin Singletary (groin), cornerback Adoree’ Jackson (calf), and cornerback Dru Phillips (calf) will also miss Wednesday’s practice. The full injury report is expected to be released later in the day.

In addition to Nabers, other key players will miss Wednesday’s practice, including running back Devin Singletary, who is nursing a groin injury, and cornerbacks Adoree’ Jackson and Dru Phillips, both sidelined with calf injuries. The Giants are hoping to get some of their injured players back as the week progresses, but it remains unclear when Nabers will be able to return to the field, as concussion recovery can vary widely between players.
The Giants are set to release their full injury report later in the day, providing a more comprehensive look at the team’s health status. For now, Nabers’ status remains a key concern, given his early impact as a top rookie in the league. His potential absence could affect the Giants’ offensive game plan heading into their upcoming game, where they will look to rebound from recent struggles.
