Five-star recruit has postponed his visit to Duke basketball, moving it to the third weekend of October, a month later than planned. The senior from Perry High School in Arizona was initially set to visit Duke alongside fellow 2025 recruit, Dwayne Aristode, from Brewster Academy. According to 247Sports’ Travis Branham, Peat, who is ranked No. 6 overall in the 2025 class, has narrowed his choices to Duke, Baylor,
and Arizona, with Arizona State still in the running. Two weeks ago, Duke recruiters visited Peat at his school. Branham mentioned on the 247Sports College Basketball Show that Duke remains a strong contender for Peat. Though he hasn’t finalized his top 10, which includes schools like Duke, UNC, Kentucky, Michigan, and others, Peat recently added Arkansas to his list after John Calipari took over as their head coach.
