Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel is engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Zoe Caswell. The Ducks’ standout player proposed earlier this month, as revealed in a social media post on Wednesday.
Gabriel popped the question on September 1 during a riverside photoshoot in Eugene. The couple, who met in high school, have been together throughout Gabriel’s college career at UCF, Oklahoma, and now Oregon. This past July, they experienced the loss of their puppy, Winston, which led to an emotional moment for Gabriel during Oregon football media day.
As Gabriel enters his final season of college football, the wedding is expected to take place after his last game with Oregon, before his transition to the NFL.
