Former Georgetown forward Supreme Cook has committed to transfer to the Oregon men’s basketball team, providing much-needed size following the departure of N’Faly Dante.
Cook, who averaged 10.5 points and 8.0 rebounds last season, announced his commitment to Oregon on Friday. Standing at 6-foot-9 and weighing 229 pounds, Cook has one year of eligibility remaining.
He began his college career at Fairfield in the 2020-21 season and spent three seasons there before transferring to Georgetown. Throughout his career, Cook has started 105 of 123 games, including 95 of his last 96, with averages of 10.1 points and 7.6 rebounds. Cook is the fourth Division I transfer to join Oregon this offseason, alongside TJ Bamba (Villanova), Ra’Heim Moss (Toledo), and Brandon Angel (Stanford).
With Cook’s addition, Oregon now has 13 scholarship players for the 2024-25 season, which is the maximum allowed.
