Former Arizona Signee, Top 50 Guard Jamari Phillips Commits to Oregon Men’s Basketball
Oregon men’s basketball has secured a top 50 prospect. Jamari Phillips, a four-star shooting guard who was released from his National Letter of Intent to Arizona last month, committed to the University of Oregon on Saturday. Ranked as the No. 47 overall prospect in the class of 2024, Phillips visited Eugene earlier this week.
Phillips is the third addition to Oregon’s 2024 recruiting class, joining signees Ibrahima Traore and junior college transfer Dezdrick Lindsay, as well as transfers TJ Bamba (Villanova), Ra’Heim Moss (Toledo), and Brandon Angel (Stanford). With Phillips’ commitment, Oregon now has 12 scholarship players for the 2024-25 season, leaving one scholarship open.
Previously, Oregon had a commitment from four-star guard Vyctorious Miller, who decommitted in March and signed with LSU last month.
