Major Recruiting Weekend: Braylon Mullins, Trent Sisley, and Malachi Moreno Schedule Indiana Official Visits Together
Indiana University is set for a significant recruiting weekend this fall, as highly-ranked prospects Malachi Moreno, Trent Sisley, and Braylon Mullins will be making official visits together. The trio are teammates on the undefeated Indiana Elite AAU team and will be visiting IU from September 20-22.
Moreno, Sisley, and Mullins have been instrumental in Indiana Elite’s unbeaten spring season, making their simultaneous visits to IU a notable event. Moreno, a 7-foot center from Great Crossing High School in Kentucky, is ranked No. 27 nationally by 247Sports. Sisley, a 6-foot-7 forward from Heritage Hills, holds the No. 60 spot, while Mullins, a 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Greenfield-Central, is currently ranked No. 93, with expectations of a significant rise in the upcoming rankings.
Moreno is a modern center, adept at playing facing the basket, rebounding, rim protection, and running the floor, even handling the ball at times. Sisley, known for his versatility, impacts the game in multiple ways, including shooting 3s, rebounding, defending, and showcasing toughness. He recently made a significant impact by going 4-for-5 from beyond the arc and shutting down elite point guard Mikel Brown.
