Kansas State Expected to Secure Former Rice All-Conference Cornerback Jordan Dunbar
Kansas State is poised to strengthen its defensive back group by adding a former all-conference player from a Group of Five team. According to a source from 247Sports, former Rice cornerback Jordan Dunbar is expected to transfer to the Wildcats.
Dunbar, represented by agents Darren Wilson and Chase Moss, redshirted last season but earned all-conference honors at Rice in 2022 and was named to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team in 2021. Kansas State, under head coach Chris Klieman, is entering its sixth season and has posted a 19-8 record over the past two years, including a 13-5 record in Big 12 play.
