Rangers have completed the signing of Brazilian left-back Jefte on a four-year contract. The 20-year-old joins the team from Fluminense after a loan spell with Cypriot champions APOEL.
Rangers manager Philippe Clement praised the new addition as an “exciting young defender” and remarked, “He has already demonstrated his high quality and potential. I am confident he will significantly contribute to our squad.”
Jefte, who tallied three goals and four assists in 22 league matches for APOEL, expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “I am thrilled to join Rangers. This is a fantastic chance for me to advance my career with such a prestigious and successful club.”
