Nine players from Sunderland are poised to depart this summer as their contracts near expiration, with crucial decisions looming. With just eight league games left in the current season, Sunderland faces the task of determining the fate of several players’ contracts.

While Sunderland has successfully secured long-term commitments from many key players over the past year, there remains a group whose contracts are set to conclude at the campaign’s end.
