The Atlanta Hawks have issued an injury report ahead of their upcoming game against the Boston Celtics. Following the conclusion of a six-game homestand with a loss to the Los Angeles Clippers, the Hawks will be hitting the road to face the Celtics. This marks their first away game in a while, facing back-to-back challenges against top-tier teams from both the Western and Eastern Conferences.
Fortunately for the Hawks, their injury report is relatively light compared to previous instances this season. De’Andre Hunter is listed as probable with a right knee injury, while Clint Capela (left adductor strain) and Mouhamed Gueye (right low back stress fracture) will be sidelined. Despite being on a minutes restriction in the last game, De’Andre Hunter showcased an impressive performance against the Clippers, leading the Hawks in scoring with 27 points on efficient shooting.
Regarding Mouhamed Gueye, the Hawks have provided an update stating that he has resumed modified practice with the College Park Skyhawks and will be traveling with the Hawks for continued rehabilitation. His status will be monitored and updated accordingly.
Meanwhile, the Celtics have listed guard Jrue Holiday as questionable due to a right elbow sprain.
